Western blot was performed using TNFAIP3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (SN07-31) (Product # MA5-32292) and a 80 kDa band corresponding to TNFAIP3 was observed across tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of MDA MB-231(Lane1),RAW(Untreated)(Lane 2),Raw treated with LPS(Lane 3),HeLa(Lane 4),HeLa treated with TNF alpha(Lane 5),THP-1(Lane 6), THP1 treated with TPA(Lane 7),THP-1 treated with LPS(Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (PA5-80103,1:1000 dilution) and detected by Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752).
